It takes less time overall to take the catamaran from Douglas to Liverpool. It leaves from the centre of both metro areas.

i tried to enjoy the descent from 21:44 onwards. i don't honestly know what is worse, a baby crying or a woman chattering nonsensense for the sake of talking. both should be banned from Aircraft.

Actually thought it was MSFS, until a few seconds into the air

This is probably a bit of a longshot, but do you know what your final altitude was for this flight? Less than 30,000 ft. I would have thought. Maybe only 18,000 ft possibly? Just like to know as I would like to fly this route on my flight sim.

@@showmoke I just had a look on Flightradar for a recent EasyJet flight from IOM-LPL. It levelled out at 13000ft for about 5 mins before descending.

@@evd - brilliant - cheers! It's a great shame that it was so cloudy at the end as I used to live in Heswall on the Wirral and it looks like (seeing bits of ground now and then) that you may have flown over that particular area.

Very good thank you. I fly the same route regularly and window reflections drive me mad. I have tried ND and a polarising filter but no joy. Are you using a GoPro on a window mount?

I use an iPhone Pro Max 15 (although that flight was probably with my previous iPhone 13 Pro Max). 4K 60fps mode using my elbow on the arm rest as a stabiliser. I try to wear dark clothing to offset reflection issues. Scratches on unclean windows (which I can’t control) are my main bugbears as are raindrops when the iPhone wants to focus on them rather than further beyond.
