I mean, tbf it wasn't a *particularly* hard landing (go watch some ryanair videos for those), but there are some people who will even defend that and claim it's only a hard landing if there is physical damage to the aircraft (which whilst technically correct in aviation terms, completely ignores the common meaning of the word hard landing). This landing wsn't particularly gentle either though.
