I wouldn't say Frankie is just a teenage girl even she can act like one once in a while. she's 22 and with more responsibilities when it comes to her job who just so happens to live there. I get that she can get perceived as one but honestly she's more hardworking than anyone can give credit for. Plus she was elected to be fosters main householder once and she was running it very good until she got her paycheck and decided to quit.

Watching this video made me realize something. I pretty much remember everything about cartoons I watched back in the day such as this one, and all others (like The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Laboratory, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Kids Next Door, Courage The Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd 'n' Eddy...) regarding the story, characters, music such as opening and ending themes, but I pretty much can't remember more than 2-3 episodes from any of these shows.
