She was doing this, not for her children, but for herself. When you try and force somebody to give you what was left to them in a will because you think you should’ve had it is wrong because the person who wrote the will is telling you exactly how they want their estate handled. She didn’t say in her well I left the stuff for OP and then will let her distribute to any relative. She left it to OP because she knew what she would do with it a grandmother knew she would set up a charity, she knew her granddaughter would respect what was left to her. That’s why she did what she did.

Stop talking to her she will threaten you as long as you let her. Get the lawyers involved. She should make shure her kids get everything they need herself. Don`get kids if you can not provide for them. She is going to manipulate everyone to get what she want`s.

The story and the outcome was very interesting and unexpected. The MC did what was needed , it was supposed to be "Aired Publicly" ( All family members only) Leave No chance for doubt or accusations of lying or manipulations of the truth in anyway !!!! Good for the mc It was very brilliant of her to gather all evidence!!!! Lastly , draw the characters especially the mc respectively for a funeral !

Unless the will is proved invaled, the executor of the estate must follow the will to the letter. If the deceased didn't bequest anything to the aunt, just because she's unhappy, doesn't mean she has to the right to manipulate people in an attempt to steal what is legally not her's. In fact, in some states what this aunt did could be considered criminal acts and receive a prison sentence.

Having a Will certainly has its benefits. Unfortunately dying without a Will (known as intestacy) is more common than most of us care to think about.
