Story 1: “Ohhhh, dude! You did NOT ‘Smile’, we ‘eat for free’! Come on Shoshanna, let’s roll!” Shame on that nasty couple, but at least other customers stood up for OP. It’s disgusting that they called to get OP in trouble and left a nasty online Yelp review (Family Guy and South Park were right about Yelp).

There should be a new job called waiter guard and they have their own part of the restaurant where they sit and listen to every table and waiter, so basically one waiter guard for every waiter And what they do is kick out any entitled customer that is mistreating someone and make sure the waiters are being nice too

Story 1: ehh, seems like the OP in this story might be too sensitive for that kind of service job. The couple at the focus of the story were indeed jerks. But falling apart like the OP did be because of what looks like a pretty banal interaction like that is not a great sign for her ability to handle that job.

I disagree, there is no excuse to berate and use cursewords on someone, while theres no reason for it to begin with. Its not the server her fault people can't behave themselves.

@@AshleeDelano Of course it's not the servers fault. And those customers are just completely out of line and they shouldn't be allow to get away with that. But at the end of the day what should be and what is doesn't always line up.
