For the 3rd story I would say yes she probably has ADHD (coming from someone who has a pretty severe case of it) so she should get tested and it sounds like the bf does nothing. Like can’t get do his own laundry instead of buying new shirts?

Story 3, definitely has something going on mentally that needs to get checked out. Therappy can do wonders. Story 4, she's a hoarder, hoarders have issues letting go of things. Her son is hers, and to let him go is not something she is mentally prepared for.

Story 3: You need to help your girlfriend. This is not something she does on purpouse, it sounds like classic ADHD symptoms. Try having music on loud and someone explaining something to you all at the same time as you're trying to do something else, and THEN you see a butterfly flutter past you. I suspect that is how her brain feels all the time so she struggles to complete anything.

Story 3: "I mean, sure, the 20 minutes you spent writing this and weeks you've spent fuming about completely inconsequential things, but demand that your wife spends all that time on things that obviously bother you, when you could have just ordered a coffee table in that time; but why do that when I can armchair diagnose your girlfriend with ADHD?" 3/5 decent responses, 2 absolutely horrific ones.

For story 3 it really does sound like adhd I have too and that is exactly how I was before I started medication. So I really do think it is in there best interest to maybe start medicine and maybe therapy. I started both and I’m thriving. But here’s the thing I’m not a doctor but this is just my opinion by what helped me I don’t know if it will help her but it helped me so it might help her too

Or she has ADHD and no support system or management system bc instead of trying to help, her bf is just fussing at her and making her feel awful for something she probably doesn't even understand (as someone with ADHD, before I got diagnosed I constantly beat myself up for not being able to do basic tasks and had zero support or coping mechanisms.) And for whatever reason instead of just doing the laundry himself he's just buying new shirts.

The third story. If the op wants to still be with his girlfriend, he should just finished the chores himself instead of asking to do it but if he wants to be really petty he could for example when she needs a certain piece(s) of furniture for whatever reason, the op should ask her to make a list and if she doesn't give him the list for a week or two he should buy furniture that he knows would infuriate her or buy furniture that he likes.
