Not close with their family, insecure, they’ve not been taught how to set appropriate boundaries and bonus points: they’ve given their young girls unlimited unchecked access to abusive men online. So glad they’ve changed their ways! Hope they stuck with it after the cameras left.

Let Dylan spend 10 minutes with MY mom. I remember, too, when we got our computer hooked up to the Internet (Dial-up lol), I was in Junior High. My mom warned me from day one NEVER to give out my name, my age, my location, my phone number…all of that. It’s advice that has stayed with me. I was much more familiar with the Internet than my parents - even my mom, who was in Data Processing. She would stand behind me when I was online and read what I was saying and looked to see what I was doing. It drove me CRAZY when I was these kids’ ages, but I understood why she did it. I never mouthed off because she would have IMMEDIATELY unplugged the computer/Internet and taken the cords.
