It results in a lot of people not hesitating to be rude to me out of nowhere because I can't give them the non-verbal feels that they expect of me. I don't think it's fair that they both expect something out of me that they never verbalize, and then socially punish me for it, but what can you do. (INTJ)

@kyurei44788 ай бұрын
@@aml7481 First thing, if you're INTJ Fe is your 7th function. Maybe you don't realize it but most people try to Fe at least a bit. It's about mutual respect between each other to ensure good relationships. No matter how much Thinkers would like to think they're robots, they're just not. Even if it will take more time to reach, everyone has feelings. We can choose to see it as a bad thing, I prefer seeing it as a good one. You think it's out of nowhere but INTJs don't realize they're rude themselves so it's honestly a fair retribution. I know you guys don't realize it but people usually just make you test your own medicine. It's not even so much a non-verbal feel but rather a verbal one most of the time. Of course a smile usually helps. It is fair when it is socially expected from you to respect others around you. Just like you expect others to think and communicate rationally. They never verbalize it because it's supposed to be obvious and a basic thing. That's why they punish you for it. How could they guess you struggle with that? To be honest, it's very difficult to bond with INTJs when they're basically unintentionally rude. Who would want to bond with someone if you get insulted and disrespected regularly? I know an INTJ I forced myself to bond with but honestly it's because I took it as a challenge. I think only people who are capable to go beyond that can bond with an INTJ, which honestly is very hard for most Feelers and even some Thinkers. I know the fact INTJs only have Fi means they'll get sympathetic only with people they feel close to. But if you want someone to be close to you, (or at least keep decent relationships with) you have to be nice to them first, no matter who it is. It is normal to expect basic respect even when you don't particularly like people. Not loving doesn't have to automatically mean disliking. This of course also applies to ENTJs who even get Fe better I believe but just hate it (INFJ). Now I just hope all of this will not be taken personally cause I have zero interest in that.

Most NTJs? You speak like you meet them every now and then which is hard to believe given how rare they are. Are you completely sure they are NTJs? This is not based on tests only, I hope? Similarly, Intuitives will rate higher than Sensors, because when given a choice, INTPs won't usually spend a lot of time in the sensory world. High Fi equates to high volatility from incidental "triggering," which INTPs prefer to avoid, so those types would probably drop a rank or four... I might have to see what I can come up with when I get some free time... All that said, ANY type can rate high or low, depending on time and circumstance. I used to feud CONSTANTLY with my ESTJ older sister when we were kids, but after a few decades, we gained a little more understanding for and appreciation of each other. We get along fine now. She no longer tries "fixing" me, which helps a lot. Just sayin'. -- INTP

@@jimclayson I think a criterion could be how likely a type is to enjoy the same kind of conversations. Of course a lot of that has to do with each individual’s interests, but it’s indisputable to me that I’m more likely to have that initial chemistry with an INTJ, INFJ, INFP, ENFP, or ENTP than other types. Though I have great conversations with my ESFP friend, so there are always exceptions (I bet I’d like talking to Kristin too fwiw lol.) Some types I tend butt heads with even though in theory we could have good conversations. ENTJ, ISTJ, and ESTJ especially come to mind. I guess just high Te users in general, except INTJ. I will admit there can be some friction even with them though haha.

This pretty accurately explains most ambitious startups and tech companies. Ambitious ENTJ at the top and a handful of INTJs and INTPs to handle the implementation work. I've even met a few ESFPs in early stage startups though they tend to bounce out when things get more organised. You also meet plenty of ENTP "idea guys"... very smart and creative but lack the work ethic to execute anything 😅

I laughed out laugh at the ENFP loving to prematurely introduce themselves! Because I have an ENFP friend who lived a rough life. Drugs, demon possession, toxic relationships. She said she knew she just had to get to church and get help. After praying so much she lost her voice. She walked into my church, saw my Pastor and with her scratchy voice went, "Hey I'm (her name) and I have demons." It scared my Pastor so bad.🤣 She loves meeting people and telling them her testimony, of how God saved her. When she told me she was ENFP, everything made so much sense.😄💛

As an INFJ, I'm as on board with the ENTJ as much as I'm not on certain aspects 😂. It's really weird. I totally agree with their serious hard worker side and attitude but I can't help but to deplore their rudeness toward others when they go too far. I think I get why there is actually more ENTJs and INFJs who match surprisingly better than one would think at first. They remind me a bit of ESTPs in a way where there is still a good complementarity and they're also extroverted so they can be surprisingly entertaining sometimes. Beside that, we would definitely find what we're looking for about the ENTJ in one way or another but we would be extremely pissed off and disappointed for sure 😆.

@kyurei44788 ай бұрын
Of course but both share the high Ni function too. That's why it's kind of an ambiguous relationship. Also ENTJs don't have Fe blindspot contrary to INTJs so they can surprisingly be more comprehensive cause they get it even though it's their last function. All of this is true regarding Te doms but INFJs appreciate the Ni determined and serious side though. It will work better than an ESTJ no matter what. But their Ni charm reveals more when you know an ENTJ long enough to get their full mindset. For an INTP it would be comparable to an INTP-ENFP relationship.

@@kyurei4478 yea, good luck with that. As long as you are okay with their Te approach both in action and words. To me, I'll find loopholes in their thought process and told them to shut up immidiately if they are going too far. As for ENFP, my lil bro is an ENFP and oomf is also an ENFP. I think we are doing really well irl. I learn how to understand their Fi, and regulate my emotions.

@@daisydaisy246 Thanks for your support. I prefer counting on relativism. I'm not always okay with their Te approach but I can see the value in it and it's not like it's always bad. If I find loopholes in their thought process, I won't necessarely tell them to shut up right away cause even if loopholes exist, it might still work better than doing nothing, especially if there is no better solution. They need to be heard too. But of course I'll always make sure to consider the benefit and that others can reasonably handle it so it won't go too far. You see, and ENFPs' blindspot is Ti though so I guess it's not easy every day. In the same way, I think ENTJs are capable of learning how to understand my Fe. After all, INTPs and ENTJs share few similarities. I wonder if it's just easier for types with Fe to get others though. I think Fi types will try to only if you're precious to them. Last step might just be to love your ENFP or ENTJ enough.

When I'm hanging out with an INTJ, we literally finish each others sentences. It's unreal. Also, INTPs are great because we can agree on the goal, and then they see things from a totally different perspective. Very interesting and useful. I love working with ESTJs so long as we don't get in each others' way. An ESTJ boss is good if he's too busy to micromanage. An ESTJ employee is good if you can give him/her clear objectives and just let them run with it. ISTPs are great so long as they like what they're doing and you can be kind of open-ended and hands off. They are laissez-faire as bosses, so don't look for a lot of direction from them. My mom is ESFJ and we literally never got along until the last few years. My fiance is ENFJ. She's wonderful. But we definitely have very different ways of doing things. I basically tell her: you can do things your way, but if such-and-such or such-and-such happens, I'm going to intervene and do things my way, and I don't want to hear about it. INFJs are either the best people in the world or the worst people in the world. And usually the latter. In general, I cannot work with them at all. Everything I do offends them, and they never have their priorities straight.

I definitely approve of this video! Now the big question, who would get the least work done, the INFP because somehow ten seconds of a song on the radio is enough for 50 minutes of daydreaming about dragons, or the ENTP…because they can’t be bothered and would prefer to push other people’s buttons than the buttons on the office equipment? The correct answer is INFP would get the least done, but just barely. Last minute adrenaline dump and fear of not reaching morale obligations would have the INFP work until they start actually hallucinating, but ENTP was already able to convince several people to do their work for them, then they just correct the insects mistakes.
