23:45 I worked for Winn Dixie as a teenager, the corporate people had zero idea what was actually going on at the stores. Eventually it all went bankrupt, and i've always felt that was the main reason why.

I love the home depot policy, I was a manager at a pizza hut years ago and we got so much BS the corporate people wanted us to do that wasn't feasible without making each order take longer(which wasn't acceptable). But also little thing that they didn't think about, I remember one of our dough retarders broke and we had to get a new one, I found the replacement and sent the item number to the head office, they ordered a similar one that was an little cheaper, they didn't realize it was hinged on the wrong side, I told them to send it back and get the correct one, they said no and didn't understand how the hinges being on the wrong side made a difference, after explaining to them now instead of being able to open the door and get what I need from where I stood, I need to now walk past the cooler to open the door, get what I need, shut it again, and walk back to the make station, while it only adds seconds per pizza, when you are making hundreds, that time adds up.

I appreciated the harshness with the person calling about the "problem child". Even in the call it seemed like she was deflecting accountability, so i think it was a good call to spell things out very clearly about the situation

As someone who recently left my job because corporate wouldn't man up and fire someone who needed to be fired two years ago, please do not drag things on. It really affects the morale of the team if you have a problem child. It sends the message that there is absolutely no accountability in the company and management doesn't care if you have to pick up the other worker's slack. I finally had enough and put my two weeks in.

Firing an old guy without documented cause is going to sound like age discrimination. Probably a liability risk. Give the guy a chance to turn it around

Would be hard for him to prove. Right to work goes for employer and employee. No reason is a reason as long as it’s not discrimination

When interviewing and the person comes in not dressed appropriately for the position, should you counsel them on appropriate ways to show up for interviews or just not hire them and move on?

i sensed a little too much entitlement out of that one who couldn't "fire" the problem child years ago... That's terrifying and I pray for every employee under her.

As a newbie investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Ruth Ann Tsakonas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.

I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Ruth Ann Tsakonas, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $200k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.

how would you recommend i enter the crypto market? I am also looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach? and How can i reach her, if you don't mind me asking??
