Entstehung einer Hot Wheels Torte, Cake Tutorial

Hier sehr ihr im Zeitraffer die Entstehung einer Hot-Wheels Torte. Verwendet wurden Fondant und Hot-Wheel-Autos, die mit Eiweiß-Spritzglasur (Royal Icing) angeklebt wurden.
Solltet ihr Fragen haben, einfach in den Kommentaren schreiben.

Hi, it's royal icing but you can also use melted chocolate ;-)

how lonf did it take for the fondant track/loop the loop to go hard?

I use royal icing :-) Just powder sugar with eggwhite.

Do you mean the Cars? That are originals. Else use the fondant of pati Versand.

Mam what kind of fondant did u use to the car race the circle on the top of ung cake to stay circle it.i try the marsmallow fondant but it's fall it's doesn't work.

Okay, now I understand. I use normal fondant from Pati-Versand and I mix some CMC in for dry quickly.
