If you are a nurse coming first time to UK this is heaven for nurses. If you are a Gulf returnee it is loss for you however heaven for your children. UK is a racist country if you apply for a job or any benefit. If you paid for a service then UK is the best customer experience. Will you accept any migrant as yours in your country then, they are doing same thing similar. Working in Middle East you accept their attitude, you never expect that you can have two life similar in Middle East and back home. You send all money to back home and live one month in an year. Here you have full fledged life and you want back home as well similar amneties. That is one of the disappointment.

The problems you point out are not the main reasons for Malayali Nurses to leave the UK. My feeling is that they are Salary and Career Progression and Children's Education. You have not come to those points. Also, the big advantages of the UK Nursing Life are the 3-day work week, the highly respected work environment, and the possibility to earn extra income if necessary by working overtime during weekends.

Nurses are backbone of family. In Kerala a Nurses get Rs.30 000 maximum. In Delhi or Mumbai, the salary may be more. So Nurses are migrating to UK,CANADA, AUSTRALIA, IRELAND ,GERMANY, NEWSLAND Etc. USA is best but now the VISA is stopped. I think the last family visa was around 18 years. Every country, different cultures, salary is different, climate is different etc. Every where cost of living is very high. 2 or 3 years there is difficulties Every where. My view is all trained Nurses should migrate to other countries. It is good for future. I have no idea about Gulf countries. We are living in USA. For professional people it is very good.

weather is horrible no sunlight most needed thing for healthy life,food is crap because the weather is not suitable for growing any fresh food,bringing the children is not easy because of the freedom and non punishment,no free time because no family members.a good job in kerala or financially well dont go to any country

This place isn't really for folks like nurses and caregivers. Sure, you can work here and make better money, but you might not vibe with the culture. It's not the country's fault, it's more about your upbringing and education. I work in IT and have a fantastic life here. Great work culture, mostly work from home, clean air, all the perks of a developed country. And if there's a medical emergency, if you can afford it, private care is the way to go. Let's be real, government hospitals in India aren't the best. In my view, nurses have a better life here than they might think!

In my part l can say that the life is so difficult and different in Uk. Some they like it.... But most of them are adjusting because of their situation. ആരും ഇവിടുത്തെ നെഗറ്റീവ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയാറില്ല. പഠിച്ച കോഴ്സ് എന്താണോ അതനുസരിച്ചു ജോലി കിട്ടുന്ന തു ഗൾഫിലും, ഇന്ത്യയിലും മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളു. ഇവിടെ എന്ത് ചെയ്താലും പൈസ കിട്ടും... അത് മാത്രം വേണ്ടവർക്കു UK ഓക്കേ ആണ്
