I think UK is better than Ireland for reasons 1)Lot of hospitals in UK than Ireland.So need to struggle to get a job in Irish hospitals.2)Rent is very high in Ireland than UK.So little money to save 3)Spouses difficult to get good job if not from nursing or software background 4)Ireland is small and unstable.So chances of job lose during recession.
