It was near a rail link from Enugu to Port Harcourt and connected to all the southwest and northern states of Nigeria, it's less than 3/4 hours drive to the Port-Harcourt/Calabar seaports.. And just 20 minutes drive to Akanu Ibiam International airport. Thank you

i have interest but i see it as a project that will take another decade to take off ,what are the guarranteesthat it takes off in a year or two

No sir it will not be so, look at the measures that have been put in place for speedy development. Once anybody pays; you will be given just three months to start development and formally you were given 5 years for the payment plan but now it's 2years, this just to speedy up the payments to be able to generate money to speed up the project. Sir many people are investing heavily there and the first 2 plazas have started. About 5 plazas will also start construction by the middle of this month. Be rest assured that this not one of those projects that will be story after story. The LION BUSINESS PARK has been on PROMO for months and it's because of the massive investment people have made that even gave them the mind to stop the promo.

It's even their gain that it start running immediately, they know the revenue involve. The worst that will happen is that they will go into a partnership agreement with a foreign company to develop there
