Environment Matters - Plugging Abandoned Orphaned Oil and Gas Wells

An update to a story we first told you about earlier this year - The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provides West Virginia $25 million dollars to plug, cap, and reclaim abandoned orphaned oil and gas wells throughout the state. Orphaned wells are sites where ownership can't be determined. We take a closer look at the process at a site we first visited this past March.
