बढ़िया ढंग से समझाया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त एक विकल्प और भी इस दृष्टान्त में हो सकता है कि प्रभारी वर्ड की फाइल को कॉपी कर ड्राफ्ट में पेस्ट कर अधिकारी (कलक्टर) को भेज सकता है तथा अधिकारी ई ऑफिस में ही संपादित बिना डाउनलोड के कर सकते हैं। इससे डाउनलोड फिर वर्ड में संपादन और पुनः अपलोड नहीं करना होगा।

धन्यवाद, आपने बहुत अच्छी तरह से समझाया । इन सब के बाद भी मेरा एक सवाल है आपसे उम्मीद है कि आप उसे भी समझाएगे Draft approval मे हमेशा एक ही पृष्ठ बताये है अगर Draft approval के साथ 2-4 पृष्ठ का संगलक भी लगाना (draft word मे रहे और संगलक PDF मे जो किसी अधिकारी द्वारा approved हो) हो तो उस स्थिति मे क्या करेंगे और वो draft, संगलक सहित फाईल मे किस तरह जायेगा। धन्यवाद।

Ap attachment kar sakte hain.. Draft to kitne page ka bhi ho sakta hai.. Alag se attachment excel ya word file lagai ja sakti hai.. is par bhi 1 video banaya hua hai, jise ap dekh sakte hain.

It will print address and other details which can be pasted on envelope or use as envelope to send some letter.

@@eofficegovinfohand Let's say someone deliberately changes and puts unwanted in Draft. Down the line 5 years, how it will be traced what was the original version actually uploaded. What I mean to say is I have put Version 1.0 if someone makes unwanted change then how to trace it. भारत में तो अधिकारी नीचे वाले अधीनस्थों पर जिम्मेदारी ठोक देते हैं कि नीचे वाले ने ड्राफ्ट गलत लगाया। लीगली अधीनस्थ कैसे साबित करें कि उसने क्या अपलोड किया था????

By mistake file name wrong created. How edit file name. Pse clarify.

After creation of file, name can be changed by clicking in file name hyperlink. I have shown this in one of video, but not remember on which one.
