@@swapniltambe1233 This is more of experiment from Panchshil to see if office spaces gonna work out in Wakad or not. They will first finish one building and trying to lease it out. If they receive good response then they will immediately start constructing other towers. I don’t think whole IT park will be operational before 5 years that too provided firms shows interest in that locality.
