Massive Corruption is the main reason even on national highways service lanes are almost unusable and are never repaired... cost of building rodes and other infrastructures are at record high ...but the quality remains the same...poor quality , poor safety , tools are very expensive and the highway food plaza are looting people I maean how a truck driver will buy tea at 25 and idli poha etc. Costing above 100 rs...the fund of driving is lost on these highway where we use to get authentic dabha, local people selling fruits vegetables grown in their village , this was fun ...not MacDonald's Burger King etc... Local people are not getting any chance to earn

Wakad is highest property tax payer section in pcmc. Still see condition of roads. First i was thinking only politicians are corrupt and only IAS officers can make this country better. But I was wrong. Pcmc commissioner proved me wrong

Current PCMC commissioner has ruined PCMC. PCMC was known for clean and good quality roads. Under current commissioner it went to dogs. No news roads are being laid even after so much development in tathawade & punawale

Wakad is getting worse day by day.. it was very peaceful location before 2019 but pcmc new commissioners is making it worse, how can we raise the voice against him.. if we say anything against pcmc commissioner they will threaten us..wakad dutta mandir road construction will complete in 2050…as we bhumkar chowk area , they have made worse for local resident…i think that’s why people are leaving pune and getting settled in abroad..

Wakad was indeed much better before 2019. Current PCMC commissioner is a useless guy. He dug up roads which were in better conditions. Now I don’t even like to enter Wakad unless it is really required.

As someone pointed out correctly, PCMC today is not what it used to be. PMC people used to envy PCMC residents because clean large/wide roads, good water,electricity supply . I don’t know whom to blame, politicians or PCMC commissioner? Also what’s the deal with Datta Mandir Wakad road? Will it be completed in 2047?

If the road quality is improved, more than 50% of traffic issues will be resolved. One of the most corrupt place I have seen in India. Roads in the interiors of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana are way way better than the main areas of Pune.

In kharadi, a new traffic junction is there which is kharadi gaon junction. It is loaded with heavy traffic during office hours and its beating mundhwa bridge traffic in comparison. The work progress of breaking the divider and adding traffic signals is too slow. If possible please make video and highlight this issue. You can check between 10 AM to 01:00 PM

Pune roads and traffic department are the main culprits. Every year citizens bark like dogs, but these corrupt officials don't do anything. If they get 10 crore for road, they embezzle 70% or maybe upto 90% of the funds. There should be very serious investigation on the authorities
