Critics on Presidential form of gov in case of Pakistan: Yahan py majority vote qomiyat ki bunyaad py dalta hy, which translates into president will always be a Punjabi. This was the reason k bhutto ny Mujeeb ko PM-ship nai dainy di, in spite of Yahya Khan's open declaration of Mujeeb as PM of Pakistan in Dhaka, the concern being k is tarah PM hamesha Bangal sy ho ga (due to its population more then west Pak), which led to disintegration of Pakistan. Secondly, powers parliament k pas honi chaheye na k kisi individual k pass (PM ho ya President ya koi chief). So parlimentry form of gov suits India/Pakistan's ethnicly diverse population more compared to a presidential system.
