This kind of proposal is based on a serious misunderstanding about the nature of money and the nature of trade and the global financial system. These misunderstanding can be dispelled by studying Modern Monetary Theory MMT. The government never has a problem of raising money, because it can print any amount it needs. Paying off foreign debt is a very different proposition from raising PKR. If the government raised PKR 10K Billions and SOLD it on the open market to get dollars, it would crash the exchange rate.

That is actually true. If you look up the Battle of Badr, Tabuk, and the Battle of the Trench or any early Islamic conquest. Although the enemy wasn't 100 times bigger like the speaker claims. However, it is still noteworthy that the enemy forces were at least 3 to 20 times larger, which is insane.
