Couple of rules things: 12:35 You cannot Command Reroll the Callidus Assassin's ability. The stratagem lists what rolls you can use it on, and it's only stuff from the core mechanics (hit, wound, advance, etc.). Since this roll is associated with a specific ability that's not listed, you can't reroll it. 15:05 Your opponent cannot use Insane Bravery to pass this battle-shock test, or any other battleshock ability iirc. The Culexus ability triggers "at the start of any command phase" and Insane Bravery can only be used, "in the battle-shock step of your command phase." The timing is wrong. Insane Bravery can really only be used once per game to auto-pass a regular battle-shock test.

chaos spawn in world eaters are one of the best units in the game, 4+++ every turn and healing means you have to do 16 wounds to kill 1 on average. They also come in 2's so dont take battle shock tests if 1 dies. insane action units.

You're forgetting one key thing you can do with Callidus assassin which happened against my world eaters and I in a tournament today, Reign of confusion was FAQ'D to be a 12" aura of +1 cp to opponents Strats which is SUPER huge.. She's very very strong now if your opponent cant deal with her and has a CP hungry army (World eaters for instance)

3 of the 4 Assassins are worth their points. Vindicare is overpriced by 30 points. Evorsor is worth 120. Culexus is bonkers into psychic heavy armies (all 2 of them) but still decent against everyone else. Calidus is auto-include for EVERY Imperium army. Vindicare is overcosted by 30pts. He one shots characters but it's easy to hide lone-op models so his lone op ability is moot if your opponent has played more than 1 game of 40k.

Uppy downy is short for "I'm going to pick this unit UP off the table and bring it back DOWN next Movement phase". It's just easier to say "I'm going to uppy-downy this unit"

The assassins act how most players use him, and you're forgetting that they can be swapped with any other assassin of the same cost or below when you drop em in. The general buffs to everyone to make them a bit more powerful to compensate for the points bump is also good for it

Scouts and their lore never made sense to me. So, you put your newly created, youngest, and least experienced marines, straight from the apothecary, in a position where they are probably encountering the enemy first, with little support and less effective amor and weapons. Makes no sense. Neophytes are better, as they are in a squad with regular marines to help them. Infiltrators or reivers are better "scouts".
