Eorzea's Greatest Talent Show - FFXIV

Talent... is when a person or a thing....? ( idk ) has a natural aptitude or skill for something special, unique, AMAZING, ANY OTHER COOL ADJECTIVES THAT DESCRIBE TALENT. A group of Lalafells have come together, so that they can find THE ONE or two or three.... THE MOST TALENTED OF INDIVIDUALS TO SHOWCASE THE WORLD THE MEANING OF TALENT!!!
This show is called Eorzea's Got Talent. ( which is actually very commonly used... )
There may also be a certain person who may have a chance of that...
a Lalafell, who people may be familiar with...
WELL THERE ARE two individuals also in search of this individual wearing a frog hat but for very different reasons. What are those reasons exactly?
