The most difficult thing in this world is understanding that you are not first in your own life. God is. God’s feelings are first before your own. Jesus came here because he loved God first and cared about him first. You are last in your own life. God and Jesus first, your neighbor 2nd, and you last. Once you understand that this is how God is everything will make more sense. - I say you are blessed because I can see God through you. Which is the most invaluable thing in this world- ❤❤❤❤

Hello, Bonge. I wanted to take a moment to express how much I admire you as a Christian and fitness coach on social media. Your authenticity and dedication to your faith are truly inspiring. I love how you seamlessly integrate your beliefs into your daily life, showcasing that faith and fitness can go hand in hand. When I learned that you were born in the same country and city as I am, it made me feel even more connected to you. It’s so inspiring to see someone from my background making such a positive impact. Your journey motivates me to pursue my own goals with the same passion and commitment you demonstrate. Keep up the fantastic work!

Hi Bonge. Why don’t you create 2 separate channels? Start a Christian motivation channel and then upload your daily spiritual videos there. You don’t want to mess up the algorithm on this channel because you have bills to pay! Let this channel be fully about fitness. Don’t feel any guilt. God is obviously the only who touched the algorithm for you to go viral for fitness. You moved to a different country. If this channel is how you make most of your money, please don’t mess up the algorithm. We have to also know how to be business minded and spiritual. Do fitness content only. Every time people don’t click on your videos, eventually your views are going to tank because the algorithm will think your videos don’t serve your audience. ❤

The way I relate to Bonge's people-pleasing journey, it makes me feel so at peace that if she can conquer it then so can I. It's really messed up my life, wasted a lot of my time. Lately I've been feeling like my way of people-pleasing is not even normal but hearing Bonge speak about how she would almost get panic attack if someone has something negative to say about her, I immediately thought of the verse in Ecc. 1:9 that says "there is nothing new under the sun". Thank you for allowing God to use you Bonge x

hi Bonge, i’m new here & I LOVE IT!🥺🇿🇦 anything/ anybody that draws me closer to God, encourages me to keep building my relationship with God? i love it. i have been seeing your videos under the recommendations, but today i was lead to clicking on your most recent video and when it finished youtube recommended this one. wow, thank you for your obedience and being God’s vessel. you have no idea how many lives you will touch and inspire. this has moved me, and healed me in ways i cannot explain. i struggle to express thoughts and emotions, and hearing you speak was like i was the one speaking 😭😭.(idk if i’m making senses) , but may God bless your work and continue being his vessel

You know, I've gotten to the point where I hear 'this year...' and I skip. I hear 'your breakthrough...' I've lost the capacity to hear these because God doesn't owe me. I am being taught that even without the breakthrough, and the new whatever, that God is still good. We say this in church around testimony time 'God is good all the time. all the time, God is good.' Even when you feel you have nothing, God is good, just, faithfull. Still big, still deserving of praise and worship. God is still God when you don't get what you want (sometimes, delay IS denial).

Bonge ❤ one thing I’ve always wanted to know is how do you discern what God is telling you to do? How do we sift through the voices of our own and others opinions/wants for your life and know which it is that is God telling us to do?

THIS WAS BEATIFUL WE THANK GOD FOR USING YOU SIS❤❤❤❤❤.HE IS INDEED POWERFUL.I started following you today and I think God led me to you, you literally just made me fall in love with Christ again and may he continue using you. also, most of the things you are talking about are things I'm going through now. I finished matric last year and this year I planned to go to varsity, but I got rejected and that is all I wanted from God🥲 the whole year I'm sitting at home begging god to give me the chance. But instead, he just told me to surrender my life and remain Faithfull. I won't lie it not an easy journey, but I know someday I will thank him and glorify his name. I love Jesus there is a lot I want to talk about but yeah....ill just journal the rest but thank you for allowing God to use you❤ 🤣🥲🥲
