Trust me guys oiling really works if you don't have any nutritional deficiency. Our Dadi ,Nanis are really knowledgeable. I don't know why nowadays doctors are against hair oiling. Only you need to put the mixture of methi seeds and curry leaves in your hair oil and you can tackle your hair loss problem. Add dry fruits especially almonds in your diet . But fyi , it's just that have patience it won't do magic overnight but definitely will give you healthier hair in the long run.
