it can't speak English, I also consulted its company over here in China, they don't sale its English version, and they are not sure whether chinese version Wukong can work well outside of China. and as I know,its English version alpha mini you can find on some websites is only for programming ,educational purpose

在中国大陆，我个人觉得你在海外也是可以使用的，如果你是安卓系统直接百度搜索下载APP就行，如果你是苹果系统可能不太好找到APP
