You forgot to deduct the slab depth while calculating beam Concrete. On other hand, if you consider full beam depth, then take internal areas of slab

It depends on the drawing and the details given. Not all designer prepared in same manner so one instruction can be taken in a wrong way.

You didn't subtract the columns from the beam lengths, as well as subtracting that slab depth from the beam depth.
