हरीश जी, आपको पहाड़ी भुट्टा का भी स्वाद जरूर लेना चाहिए था। आपको ये भुट्टा आसानी से हल्द्वानी - नैनीताल मार्ग या हल्द्वानी - भीमताल मार्ग में मिल जाता। जिसको कोयलों में तैयार किया जाता है फिर भुट्टे पर पहाड़ी पिसी नूण (नमक) व बटर लगा कर परोसा जाता है। और मीठे में अल्मोड़ा की विश्व प्रसिद्ध बाल मिठाई और पान के पत्तों में लिपटी सिंगोड़ी मिठाई का स्वाद जरूर लेना चाहिए था। धन्यवाद।

Thanks Sir....I really like your videos. And I have a secret to disclose today, I came across your channel when I was recovering from COVID in mid Apr. And those days I watched your trips to Garhwal where I belong to, and Himachal as well where I traveled few years back. Really it was a mesmerizing time on a virtual trip with you and you became my virtual friend during tough quarantine days when fighting loneliness was my biggest challenge And after getting into a busy schedule again.....watched this video after a a month and relived my multiple trips to Kumaon.
