Ayla, you should look into getting Worbla for future projects. You warm it up to make it pliable, then it hardens into a semi-flexible solid. Lots of cosplayers use it for costumes.

If any of the apoxy bits do crack or pop off I suggest using flex seel, it comes in white or black and is a god sent for fixing shoes as well as reattachment needs
