On windy day I do the same for the most part but I compensate more for my drift and when I get closer to the slip I have to play with the throttle but that is not for a beginner.....was trying to show how to maneuver on a nice day so they get the basics.....I will next season do a video on a windy day to show using throttle when wind and current are stronger than your boat's normal docking speed

Nice job there, obviously some smooth durable transmission/linkages to be able to go in and out of gear that many times when "walking" it in like that.

Thanks, it takes my transmission 3 seconds to stop when going in and out of gear , I have old school velvet drives
