To those who are going into Pes BP, I'll just say this, it's the most fulfilling journey you'll have. That extra 2 months to your basic training really helps you get use to the NS life. Plus you have alot more to gain in the experience. Your weight loss journey will definitely change you for the better. Don't worry, that 5 months will breeze through.

What about naturally-skinny ectomorph recruits who try so hard to gain weight? Will normal BMT make them lose all their gains and become even more emaciated than before? Everyone keeps talking about BMT being healthy because it helps people lose weight, but forget that we ectomorphs, people who cannot afford to lose weight, exist too. People almost never consider that our physical health needs are very different from that of most people. We need to eat A LOT, do little to no cardio, and focus more on strength. SAF should consider designing a "skinny BMT programme" like they have already designed an obese BMT programme.
