I could be wrong, but he decided to end the previous relationship because he knew that he and his girl (and her family) didn't see eye to eye on how relationships work. Based on that, I don't see him carrying on with a woman that doesn't want any children, while he wants at least 2.

Hope these two find a good life partner one day! 💖 9:52 I think in general a lot of the decisions behind having kids comes from family pressures. Some ppl grow up in troubled homes and their trauma has a lot to do with their decision. Some ppl just don’t want kids because they just don’t see themselves as good parents, others just plainly don’t want kids. All are valid and we shouldn’t judge them for it!

Love the show. Very well made. Gautam is such an old soul. Very open and respectful. The girl tho doesn't ask followup questions about him at all and loves talking about herself a lot and makes judgemental comments. These two might not be compatible imo but ofc it's up to them.

I can't fathom that Indian culture in the USA has drinking alcohol as a part.. =( Like I'm a teetotaler and have a weird aversion to alcohol. I mean, a couple of decades ago alcohol would have been so repugnant in Indian culture, but now it seems to be an indispensable component. Well, to each his own, but it is a worrisome sign that the most damaging and detrimental aspects of western lifestyle are being adapted by the Indian community =(
