Lotta people will be angry about the "dating white people" comment. You can date whomever you want, but what he said about putting white people on a pedestal/internalization racism is very true for the Asian community. I'd say it's more prevalent in East Asians though vs. South Asians.

It’s just a weird comment considering he mentioned in his pre interviews that he hasn’t dated brown people before and two of his relationships were white. And the way he worded it sounded like he wanted brownie points for saying it, like the intentions weren’t right.

Either way, I think you can date whomever, just make sure the reason you're dating someone isn't because you secretly hate yourself. Shake from Love Is Blind is a PRIME example of internalized racism.

Namita, just a bit of advice: Never tell a guy about your 5 date rule. He might just wait until the 5th date to be intimate with u and smash and dash. Trust me, there r guys patient enough to wait to "conquer." Men will see u as easy if u give them the blueprint. If u have boundaries like this, keep it to urself and don't actually tell people. That way u will know their motives. Use discernment.
