[Ep.1] Tannheim Valley, February 1950 - Workers and Resources Soviet Republic (Realistic Mode)

I lost the save file for my previous series, so in this episode of Workers and Resources Soviet Republic, we start a new series on a new map: Tannheim Valley. Like before, we start in 1950 playing on a realistic difficulty, but with an easy amount of starter money. We will need to build our republic from scratch, ourselves. No auto-building of buildings, vehicles spawn at the border and drive to their depot, no auto-replenishment of resources, everything we need will have to come from ourselves or the closest border station.
To begin, I plan my main highway road and get a general rough idea of what zones I will put where. I build my first industrial zone, identify space for a train system, build a bridge connecting the industrial zone across the river valley to our residential zone, and plan the approximate location of our first residential zone (city).
Our first industrial focus will be on agricultural products, such as food, alcohol, fabric, and clothing. This will enable us to provide basic worker needs to our citizens without needing to spend money importing. We will most likely produce in excess and make a profit.
In our next video, we will work on building the residential zone to provide our citizens a place to live and their basic needs.
