#TheHarvest is a series which aims to take the viewer on the enriching and joyful journey of harvesting one's hand-grown food.
In this episode, we harvest brinjal, starfruit, chillies, tomatoes and more!
A permaculture farm is a food forest. The trees create an ambiance of a forest and also build a productive ecosystem like one. The lower layers of the plantation are typically fruits and vegetables. as you walk around the gardens, you can pick as much or as little produce as you need for your meals. This is nutrient-rich delicious food, absolutely clean, and devoid of any artificial inputs. It is God's food.

Wow ! Your harvest looks so healthy, not much insect damage to leaves. I have a nice crop of basil in my small patch and am going to make some pesto for pasta dishes. I also have some cherry tomatoes, little burst of flavour ! I think you are going to have to do a "The cooking" series from Aanandaa ! Looking forward to that.
