It’s some sort of door I believe, it could be encasing a powerful being locked away by the wardens. Either that or the wardens tried to create Novus, and the one hidden behind the door could be a failed version of Novus, thus turning to an abomination.

Novus maybe prob just a puppet being used since compared to every other warden it brings life the life around it with its aura and has black blood compared to other wardens which only have pure red while also being able to fly and swim using pure magic

The creatures that used to be in the robux gachas like zoocuu, adharchian, fleuralis, and rukig, look like they are sewn together like dolls. Maybe there's a creature that is sewing others together to create more powerful new species and plans to sew the all of the wardens together next. OR maybe no bus is plotting against the rest of the wardens because they're the only one with a needle behind their mask, and the novus warden statue is found shattered underwater. No bus is the only semi aquatic warden so they could easily get into the vault where they try try to complete their plans. I'm literally covering my wall with sticky notes of info to figure this out lol. I believe my second theory more btw

Also for the door, maybe novus keeps all of the failed attempts behind it and the claw, it kind of looked like it was bones so there might have been someone before novus, trying to sew the wardens together, but was destroyed by the power of the wardens so novus is lieing about being a warden in an attempt to earn their trust, another long comment but I have a lot of thoughts about this

1. Could just be a sentient creature collecting warden masks for fun. 2. Could be something trying to collect the masks to create a super warden or a hybrid warden of some sort. Maybe the masks are the thing powering the wardens.

The only warden we havent gotten for a seasonal event, is a summer warden. Either they had no ideas for one or they deliberately missed it out for a reason. The boreal was originally the biggest and powerfullest in game and lore, if the wardens were created then this 'creator' may not just be more powerful but it may be bigger and stronger than all of the wardens combined 😱😱😱

ZOE, I THINK I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT. So the devs posted a new tidbit of lore. It had an athulyth and I think a saukuryn along with some Sonarian words. I saw people translate it into english on the wiki, and it says: "Wise stone of eons long past. Enlightened metal of a distant evolution. Strands of time closely bound, soon to become undone." Notice how it says *strands*, and *soon to become undone*, you saw in the vault that there were needles, and upon my inspection I noticed that the warden "crowns" were made of felt, the Novus's even starting to become *undone*. Also, there was this weird goop all around the place, strangely with the same material as the obsidian around the volcano (which might just be a coincidence.) Here is my interpretation: The Athulyth and the "Enlightened metal of a distant evolution" have gotten a vision of a vision about a strange thing destroying Sonaria, and they have written about it. The strange creature whose limb held the needle (which is most likely some extremely important creature, like the Wardens) got killed by this strange thing. And that the whole of Sonaria is in trouble, for the strange thing is coming to destroy it all. Thoughts?

I keep hearing this concept of something trying to merge the wardens (i personally think its more of something that originally created the wardens). If it were to be a hybrid warden, i Think it will have the size of boreal, a passive berserk ability to reference ardor, the ground speed of verdant, the fear from hellion, the agression and bleed from garra, and the terrain mobility and health regen of novus. This thing is meant to be the ultimate warden and creature all together. With extra limbs and stuff too. Its very defensive however, like the other wardens (aside from garra) but even a single bite inflicted onto this behemoth would basically mean death, lol

This is interesting. I've been in there but I didn't notice the arm or the needles. . . Imma do some more snooping around in there soon. But imma write a theory on this first. So everyone knows there's the warden statues. Hellion, Verdant, Ardor, Boreal, Garra and Novus. Then there are those statue pillars with them except Novus, and there are those pillars at plains. What if Novus's statue was supposed to be there, but the other wardens destroyed the statue, and put the remains underwater with a tablet saying 'fake', because they thought the Novus was fake. And then when they found out about the cave, they destroyed the mask, but whatever sewed it back together did so (The Creature???). Gonna continue in a comment-

Also, notice there are bones and the sun thing on the wall kinda looks like a summoning circle? What if this used to be a sacrifice chamber to please The Creature so it would give them meat (the meat spawner)? What if after every volcano eruption they sacrificed a creature to keep The Creature happy, as they saw this as a sign it was angry? Also, it kinda looks like a Boreal arm. Or something mechanical, being slightly hollow with the drill thing, kinda also looks like and icicle, and the Boreals hands are impaled by icicles on the statue. Connection? What if the boreal felt bad for Novus, so sewed it's mask back together after the wardens destroyed it's statue and mask, but the other wardens found out and threw one of Boreals arms in there, and those are the bones? my theory is, first, Remember the previous release i think, where the green Portal is, 5 Wardens were able to close the Portal but sar escaped from it, the unknown warden might be sneaking or spying on them to see what Powers/Abilities they have, Second, at the secret Cave where we/you found it, we see the Wardens's crowns, but Novus's was damaged but stitched by something, this unknowingly warden might be a Puppeteer or something, cause there's skeleton and Needles

Notice how all the elements the wardens hold are linked to life in sonaria? (ardor-life boreal-freeze verdant-growth E.t.c) but novus is just that one warden who holds the element of space. That may be part of the reason the other wardens do not like him.

Dead Verza arm, I think the new creature, the Verza, is the powerful creature that might be tied in with the warden lore. Versa has almost human arms that can hold needles but the fingers might be too look for a Verza but definitely not Novus' stubby claws or Boreal's fingers.

If you look at the Novus mask it seems to be sewn together. And if you look in the little bush at the vault you will see a skeleton limb holding a needle. It has 5 fingers similar to a human hand, my prediction is the novus wasn’t born, it was created, and that skeleton arm might just be a sign of something else that is stronger, and represents the balance of life and death (not the angelic warden) and that “vault” might have been where the novus was created, using great power and stone to create it. And when you look at the garra warden arm it’s very similar to a human hand, except it has long nails and 4 fingers while the rest of its arm looks really similar to a human arm, especially when you can see the bones in its arm. So it could be a ancient garra warden before the one now. Or it can be something that existed before the beginning of time in order to birth the wardens while the novus has to be built. And the novus mask looks like it’s being sewn. So maybe that room could be where the novus was created or simply a room full of warden crowns to represent honor and respect, and we know that the Hellion statue isn’t a statue, it’s actually a mummified corpse of it, and so is the Novus statue bevy the novus statue is the only statue that’s has faint novus colors all over it body rather than just being grey with glowing spots on certain parts of the statue (besides hellion) And there’s no way it’s a coincidence that the novus warden statue is in that position, because there’s no way they built the novus warden statue and put it underwater, and there’s also No way that they built it in that laying position, it’s laying like it’s dead with it’s mouth open and hands on the ground. With its faint purple pink and blue colors on its body. The Angelic warden did that because it was healing others too often not letting them die, “disturbing the balance of life and death” which the angelic must of done that and broke its mask and put it there, and someone or something must have tried to fix it, which may give context to the skeletal limb in the bush with a needle. The vault might have been a portal to different planets because I watched this video @FluffyTSG trying to solve the COS lord and he said “every warden created their own planet” he also said something about sonaria (the planet that’s on the map in game that we are on 24/7) not having a warden to own it, it’s just a planet in the system that has been created with every warden together. And then with those pillars you saw at plains that was most likely where the novus statue was supposed to be but they took it and threw it underwater at that “swirly mountain” I like to call it. But then with the novus being “fake” what about the verdant? It’s the only warden with no rage ring (rage is when everytime your damaged your attack and defense) it could either be the Verdant is overall a peaceful warden that doesn’t believe in violence, or it’s the fake warden…

Another suggestion is that the wardens have all secretly turned evil because of their abundant power and their secret was found out by a singe powerful creature or all in sonaria. Further more there was a "civil war" between all sonarian creatures and the wardens. Finnaly, the other creatures were able to trap the wardens and either steal the crowns or those are replicas that were being experimented on by the creatures to maybe have a fighting chance. Usually needles are used to weave yarn for example together so the "civilian creatures" found out the warden power and locked them up at opposite regions of the nap so they will cause no harm. Also i wanted to put out the question: "are the statues going to be added to the new map or will they be lost and forever be forgotten in the old map?"

So yeah, the other wardens probably hate Novus and so does the (probably) entirety of Sonaria (unless maybe the creatures from daimona who entered Sonaria via portal feel bad for Novus)

A story made by:me The wardens were wondering by the plains waters they went swimming until they found a cave underneath the water then a mysterious beast took the mask of the wardens the wardens rushed out of there as fast as they can slowly turning to stone…. They turned to stone because the mysterious creature was something bigger than the wardens it was able to shatter the bones off a hellion and it’s roar was able to tear skin like a knife cutting through a blade but they did not know what it is until….

I think that it could be a hybrid of all the wardens like when a plushy breaks it needs to be sewn. And whats behind the door is either a portal to the dimension/planet that sar' is from so yeahh..yeah... or possible that the hybrid creature warden was the one that caused that mass extinction in that planet.. :°) Edit: also possible that the black arm was trying to sew the wardens body's with it to make it almighty but the novas was not compatible so it was broken (the mask) and maybe that's why the arm is off the creature. My theory goes way back to when sar and ani were released ani(s) we’re traveling the world to find a way to get home so they found wardens and documented what they saw and gave them a title (ex: Life, death) and so which they decided to make one (which is novus) they wrote false to let anyone else know that novus isn’t original but when they made the statue of novus they decided to make it look like it was made from nothing and the ani made a shrine that contained the head piece of each warden to show respect and hope to return home (End of theory) my theory is bit confusing but it’s makes sense being that ani is the closing thing I know with a high intelligence and is able to write.

Read if u wanna see my theory: My theory is that the Novus warden was made by that sewing mystery creature. And the rest of them were not. I think the novus is some sort of evil or imposter. I think it was made to control a certain area for the mystery creature. Like, the novus was a general for it. I mainly think it’s ill-intentioned because its warden statue was broken and chained down (idk about the hellion doe), the tablet also translated to “fake”. The number tally on the back also mimicked one of the other warden’s numbers. The other wardens probably found out and punished it. Maybe the mystery creature was like, “oh hey my minion is ded >:( , I’ll show them!” And plans to invade Sonaria thru a portal (or it could summon itself). Also in the vault, the only warden headpiece to be broken and sewn was the novus’.

in this vault, there could be a flying warden, all terrain, has rock breath, and their ability is wardens rage + the ability to switch breath to garras or any breath. it is so powerfull that if a borel even TRIED to challange it theyd be dead in 1 minute. this warden has sown all the wardens togeather. they have a bag on their side, containing magical warden skin that was used to sew every warden. legend says it went behind the valt, and now travels through winding and bending Caves that constantly hue shift.

I THINK that the skeletons under water are the skeletons of the creatures that made the wardens, the skeletons are REALLY big so this could be a big lead Edit: Also i explored the vault and in a bush there is an arm holding a needle, it seems to look like a garra warden hand and it cant be any other warden since the arm is skinny so I believe that maybe the creatures that belong to the skeletons underwater may have made garra and made garra help them create more wardens Edit 2: Also there is a new angelic warden coming out may 26th maybe the angelic warden made those wardens since angelic warden is the closest thing to god and god created everything so maybe the angelic warden is that symbol on the vualt wall that could be the angelic wardens mask

I think that some creature wanted to make a new and powerful warden. It found the place with the masks, which was a storing place for the wardens masks. It began to make the new warden there, using needles and string. After accidentally creating some other creatures(plush creatures), novus was born. The creator made novus a mask from some scraps lying around. After creating novus, the creator withered away from the effort to make a warden, leaving only its arm still holding the needle, and some bones. When the other wardens noticed novus, they were horrified, and they tried to destroy it. After a big fight, novus was shattered into pieces, and the wardens banished the pieces underwater. They were worried that someone else might try to create a new warden again, so they made a door and put their masks there, replacing the masks on display with fake masks. Also hellion might be involved in the making of novus, since it is chained.

I have a theory As we see there are needles heal by threads and a needle under the Novus crown *I'm calling it crown to be less complex*. At the Novus statue*under the water* it has a tablet that people translated to the word *false*. This leads to my main theory in which the Novus isn't a warden, it was sewn into the roster of wardens to ultimately kill the wardens. The Novus succeeded and turned them into stone that is protruding out of a cliffside and they have a tablet with there last words on it. The Novus was chained to the bottom of a lake by the creator of the wardens *proven by the Novus wardens statue*. The wardens that we play as today are reincarnations by the creator to finish the job the other wardens left off.

The limb kind of looks like a Boreal Warden's arm, only with five fingers instead of three, and a hollowed out arm. I went to the secret vault myself and examined the limb, noticing that there was some dark green feathery substance inside the hollowed out part of the limb. (But I don't know what it is?) Maybe this creature was another warden that had similar features to the Boreal Warden? Also, side note: I don't think it's any coincidence that the bones and meat chunks in the secret vault aren't edible to players - they might be the bones of the bigger creature's experimentations.

Mk so this comment is rlly late but I have SO much to say about the whole warden thing. First thing is that I've seen a theory about the shrines being the wardens but turner to stone. The one that really sticks out is the novus. Clearly something is different as instead of being in a pose and everything it appears curled up and severely injured. As if it had and early death. Another thing is that the novus's symbol is shattered with strings connecting it to the main piece of it. Clearly something is trying to fix the symbol. An adaptive is that in the bush in one of back corners there is a dismembered arm holding a needle. It closely resembles the Boreal warden's arm. This may imply Borealis was not turned to stone if the first theory was true. With the shrines the hellion warden has a small detail that I noticed. All wardens appear in a casual state whereas hellion is chained, and it's not just a lose chain. It's tight to the point it's holding the hellion back. Hellion warden also appears to be mid-roar which could come off a little aggressive. Take it as you will this is just evidence I've found

I think it may be that the wardens were created as a form of guardian before something possibly that resides in the core of the sun was trapped for eternity and it hopes that the wardens make the world of sonaria witch was positively empty at the time become a land filled with life giving them different roles to take care of the world

aight, get this. that bone with the needle in the corner is most likely a boreal warden bone, right? the feet look like a boreal warden. so boreal warden must have created the other wardens, which started with their headpiece, and the ones shown in the vault are the final drafts, because obviously the ones on the wardens don't look so damaged. the vault is where the boreal warden stored the original drafts of the full wardens, and they put the headpieces on display because they look cool i guess? not sure about that, but it's the most likely answer. and then all the other creatures found out about boreals ideas, and began supporting it to its full potential and praising the creations like gods, found in each wardens description. the needle behind the novus headpiece must be a nod to a plot against the other wardens, due to (supposedly) the novus warden shrine found shattered underwater. this may be because of the sar'hingaro and ani sublore, being that a wormhole opened up with sar and ani coming out, and all of the wardens came together to close it. except novus. novus must have been created in an attempt to defeat sar'hingaro, which due to the appearance of sar'hingaro still in the game, failed. novus must feel useless after failing at the one thing it was made to do, and it now plots to destroy the other wardens. in conclusion, big lore.

I always thought that because the Athulyth has sort of a crown upon its forehead like the Wardens, and the Novus is fake, could the Athulyth be the missing Warden we all search for..? And if the Novus statue is a Novus Warden chained up and called fake, maybe the one that is alive and moving now trapped it underwater and kept it there, so *it* could be the Warden. And the others believe that it's a fake. Plus the underwater Novus seems to be missing a few parts, that could be why the current Novus Warden is chunky in some spots. He maybe took a few body parts out of the Real Novus to create himself. 4:21

Ok, so… I counted and there are 5 needles. Five needles, five wardens (As Novus needed to be stitched up or something). I also think that the wall with a giant star/sun is actually a door/gate and on the other side is a portal to Daimona (I think that’s how it’s spelt?) that couldn’t be sealed or something. And that’s all I have infered/theorised lol.

I'm thinking that at one point, the first warden was known as the creator, who then created the other 6 in order to help keep balance in the world of sonaria. But at some point, something happened that caused the first creator of them to go insane or lose control in some way. This causes the other six to act to save the other creatures, fighting and trapping the creator inside a cave and then to make sure no one would be hurt by the first, the six wardens created the vault to seal them away. Then created keys or items to break the seal when the time comes or for someone like us to come along..... Just a thought thou. ^^

I think the limb is the limb of the creature of the wardens to send it soul inside of the vault so maybe it’s soul is sealed in there😊

Along with the sar lore the sar could have imprisoned them and took the wardens "Crowns" so they didn't have their usual power and locked them up. Leaving the sonarian world to be under his control and devastation. Another theory: the needles indicate that something that has the ability to jump inside others bodies is puppeteering the novus warden and imprisioning + taking masks for another reason.

I think I figured out what the hand was there's this new creature that's coming out if you look at the new creatures hand and look at the one inside the vault they are very similar it's called the korathos or something but just look at it's hand and look at the one in the vault holding the needle

it might be that all the corpses across the world are because they were too powerful so the wardens killed them and maybe 1 survived to get revenge and forced a creature strong enough like a sar sang gnol or a small flying creature to take the helms

There is shrines of all the wardens hidden around the map, with text in runes. I have translated the novus one using sonarian wiki and it says “false”. Do people already know this?

So the real thing that is created here is if you remember ninja turtles they wear a mask at the start then they become big and strong so when this started the wardens wore just little weaklings put they where all friends 1 time they found a cave in the water because they used to live in the water They found this place and they got there masks put they weren't sticking on there face so a creature which only 1 guy have only 1 guy the owner of creature of sonaria used needles to attach that on there head put once it'd done it can't be undone after 2 days the warden became big and strong and separated from each other and when all the wardens stand on the land above this secret base it'll light the portal and they could enter it and find what's in it this is an real theory
