This video features my productive and relaxing days. Traveling to the studio for work. Started spring cleaning of the garden. Saved last year's harvest and cooked a home-cooked meal.

Carrot cake recipe
1 cup - 250 ml
Ingredients:
180 ml sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon of leavening agent
2/3 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and nutmeg
250 gr shredded carrots
70 gr walnuts (1/2 cup)
For the cream:
200 gr mascarpone cheese
100 ml condensed milk
1/2 orange juice
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar for a couple of minutes
2. One by one add the eggs, beating well each time to make a fluffy mixture
3. In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, mix, and incorporate into the dough with a spatula.
4. Squeeze the juice from the carrots (if necessary)
5. Add carrots and nuts to the dough
6. Put in preheated oven 160 degrees for 35-50 minutes (check readiness with a wooden stick).
7. Mix all the ingredients for the cream, spread on the cooled carrot cake, decorate with orange zest
