Man o man, yall don't know how many of these tutorials I've watched in a month trying to get the best and simplest version ( advice ) on this stuff! Finally, I've found a go to and this is only my first time seeing this channel and dude! Definitely liking and subscribing, sir!! So, I have been super fortunate enough to invest in a start up pressure washing llc. I've got the trailer, 200 gal water tank, big Honda pressure washer, 20 inch industrial surface cleaner, extra spare parts, 65 gal solution tank, reels and hoses, tool boxes, truck, etc lol.. It's just me and probably will be for a couple of years, and I'm keeping it real simple at first by only cleaning driveways and lots, mainly concrete. So my only question to you is, can I batch mix per job using mainly a 6 gal battery powered back pack for the pre and post treating of the concrete driveways? Also, do I need surfactant for that particular work, and what strength would you recommend on average or above average for those particular jobs? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated sir! Thank you for the great comment and question. We still have about 20 Gallons of Dietrich 101 here at our shop but let me check with my vendor and I will keep you posted.

How do I remove gas fireplace black soot off siding?? Is it possible?
@ASKMRBUBBLES Жыл бұрын
Yes, we deal with that quite a bit, my suggestion...spray some 50/50 mix on it from a pump sprayer and let that sit for about 10 minutes and then pressure wash. Most times you will have to that at least twice.

This is really gonna depend on how bad, and old the oxidation is, however, on most occasions you will need to scrub for sure!

Do you use anything specific for wooden fences or decks ?
@ASKMRBUBBLES Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the question...with wood you want to softwash it, usually with a 2.5-4 percent solution. You gonna let that sit for 10-15 minutes then you want to rinse it off. Finally, we hit it with a bleach neutralizer/wood brightener. If you follow these steps your decks and fences will come out looking like new. good luck!
