Maybe you didn't video it, but when you talk about plant protection, arnt you supposed to water the plants before you start cleaning so the plants don't suckup the s.h. easily? I see your rincing after you're done, but you don't water before. Why?

Hey brother, the only time I pre rinse is if I am softwashing the house instead of downtreaming it, or it there's an excessive number of flowering type of plants. Other than that, you can just make sure to rinse really good at the end. That's all you need!

I've only watched upto ep3 on your downstreaming series. But shouldn't you talk about oxidation testing? And what to do if it does.

Thanks for the great comment and point, I will mention it in my next video. However, if you are following my technique, and using a JROD you will never have an issue with it regardless because the pressure wash just not enough. Great question!

In this case here, I treated the concrete with a 3.5% solution from my softwash system which is a gas roof pump, AR45

Is the only way soft wash to get this done? What if you down streamed it, 1% or so as always and did multiple applications…obviously more time, I know but is that feasible? 😁

You’ve mentioned your sh usually last 1-2 days. If you had left over mix in the tank, are you draining that out before batch mixing again? Or does it get left in there and then a new batch just gets mixed in with it for the next jobs?

I gotta question my guy I’m in Florida and I’m trying to quote jobs but I might be to high I gotta call today and I ask the gentleman for address he wanted a house wash and back yard she which was 200 sq ft so total includes shed sq ft was 1,788 I quoted $400 it was crickets lol 😂 what am I doing wrong ?? Mr Bubbles excited did my 1st job today! It took me 3 hours, flatwork and house wash. Thank you for all your help. Rewatching for efficiency. Do you do plant protection watering prior to washing? Do you water the grass along the driveway? How do you keep your hose from slowing you up as you walk around?
