You deserve all the plaudits you get. You work bloody hard for them. I remember the beginning, when even getting rubbish off the boat was a major undertaking, so much of it there was. And then bit by bit it became routine, you organised, simplified and just solved it. And now everything has become (mostly!) a smooth-running system.
