Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well! This is just a short video as my Official entry into the 1949 Mercury Group Build hosted by our friend Kim over at the Kim's Kustomgarage channel. I haven't built one of these since the late 00's, so I'm really looking forward to it!

Thanks, Michael 🙏 Jimmy Flintstone did several of those, at least the Mercury, a couple Fords (at least '49 or '50, and a '53) and some Chevies that I know of, maybe more 🤔 They take some work and come pretty rough sometimes, but they can definitely be cleaned up and made nice 😊

You're very welcome, Kim, I'm really looking forward to it, thank you for hosting it 😁 This won't be like my entry in the '32 Ford gb (still unfinished 🤦), Lord willing 🤣 The fire was 2011, seems like a lifetime ago now, no one was home thankfully, so it was only material things lost 😊 That panel is a Jimmy Flintstone resin body (bought off ebay if i remember right), sitting on an AMT '49 Mercury kit everything else. 👍
