I really liked this one, Sean...even though you didn't catch anything. Very cool to see the trip from the big city to the Bow. Loved the video of the actual trip to it almost as much as fishing it. No surprise that the Plusinno held up well. Everyone else loves theirs. Man, I wish I didn't pass up on that review when I thought it was a scam 😂

That’s a good amount of current there Sean, but a nice eddy. Calgary looks like a really clean city and really nice as far as cities go. Nice way to get out and get some fresh air during lunch and casting a line is always a bonus.. oh man that was a nice trout that almost hit your lure. Nice stick fish there at the end, gave you a chance to see how the rod handles some pressure.👍

That Plussino rod and reel combo looks like a great setup for a lunch break fishing excursion. So cool that you have the river that close to your job that you can drop a line in. That's awesome you were able to catch those trout jumping on camera. You had a beautiful day to enjoy your break. Thanks for taking us along.

Sean, so cool that the location is only a 5 minute walk from work. That rod/reel set is so compact. Impressive how it breaks down so small. Super convenient for fitting in a backpack. I'm impressed versus having to strap the combo on a pack or have it sticking up out of your bag. I'm really impressed!! Good on you for doing this during your work break. I do a lot of travelling through northern / central AB for work. Love packing my rod and tackle on some trips so instead of spending hotel nights watching TV I can check out some ponds and try fishing! Regarding crank Baits for trout, do you find them normally successful? I haven't had much luck with rainbows on anything except pickerel rigs and bait (powerbait, trout balls, marshmallows or maggots).

Looks like a beautiful city. Interesting that you say that was a left handed reel, to me that is for right handed people. I'm right handed and that is the way we have always used a spinning reel, for a bait caster it is the opposite. I would have a hard time going back to work if I could fish that close by!

Couldn't think of a better way to spend my time during lunch, Luckily working for myself I can take a little longer if I have to haha Absolutely beautiful water out there on that bow river looks amazing even right through town The river that goes through my town is brown or dirty green most of the time and smells bad at times But sections still hold good fish surprisingly, still sad to see how our rivers look compared to over there To bad you couldn't hook a fish but still enjoyed the vid, Them lures look awesome can't wait to see them in action on the next one Keep up the awesome work and I always smash that like button but thanks for the reminder haha
