I love the sweater and the color of the yarn. Nice and fuzzy soft. The Pink Velvet sweater is going to turn out really nice. I like the contrast of the yarns with the fuzzy in the yoke. The Dotted Rays shawls is going to be lovely! i think one or two in my knit group have made one and they really liked it.

Your dotted ray will be gorgeous! I love the colors you chose. I, too, feel like I get more energy when the weather starts to cool down. I always thought I was alone in that, because everyone is always waiting for summer...not me! Your cozy raglan came out beautiful. Maybe you can aggressively block it to fit you better? worth a try. Your dotted ray is going to be awesome. It’s the first Westknits shawl I made and I love it. I love warm weather. I have lived in a very cold house for my whole childhood and I hate the feel of cold feet. But I am about ready for some brisk weather. In fact we came up to the mountain in Austria for the weekend to cool off a bit ;-)

I knit the dotted rays a few years ago in some dark grey MCN and it is one of my favorite shawls to wear. I was obsessed through the whole knit and now you've got me think of other one. Amazing pattern!

Both of my kids at around 10 months old pulled themselves out of the crib and fell to the floor. I ended up putting on a zip up crib tent on top of the crib as they were way too young for a bed. You’re raglan sweater looks gorgeous!

I know what you mean when they decide they no longer need a nap and you need them to still take one. I ended up making quiet alone time for them in their room in place of "nap" time.

What helped with my kids for a while was put the sleep sack on backwards and use a safety pin to secure the zipper.

Regarding your sweater, I was watching a pod cast and was listening about this designer that designed her top with pleats for those with larger chests. I have a terrible memory, so I can't remember which one I was listening to. I think they said she was on Ravelry. I will let you know when I find it.

How would you compare the cozy classic raglan to the no frills sweater? Is one easier to understand pattern wise? And is the shape different, ie more positive ease, less boxy/ more boxy? I have Dk yarn to make one and can’t decide
