Thank you for explaining The Guild of Merchant Explorers. I was so confused by the title. 🤣🤣🤣 The games in my collection that don't get played as much are the ones that require more time to set up. That used to not be an issue, but as I play more games, I notice that I begin to hesitate...like Scythe, Merchants of the Dark Road, Endless Winter.

I find that as well. I know I will love them when I play them but sometimes the set up and take down feel like a lot. That's why we see a lot more small box games getting played.

Not cheating, Project Elite, the people I play with don't like real-time games that get the heart rate going.

It's soooo good. I'd say just set it up per a picture and the key is to follow the order of instructions on the fear board. Once you have a guide of what goes when it's easier to look up the rules for each of the phases and what to do in each of them.
