Wow, that house looks SO MUCH BETTER decolorized! That's exactly what it needed. Happy to see that beautiful King's Bay sold, I loved the kitchen in that one. Your drunken noodles looked excellent! LOVE the HOTW!!! I would probably change the tile in the kitchen, but aside from that, I love it! You can come visit me in my new home, LOL. We'll hang out by the pool. The guys will bring us cocktails. ♥

Thanks for going to Thai Ruby we want to eat there in June. So we will definitely go! Was your food different levels of heat as well? Would you get the desert again? That house is too die for hard to find them with grass in the back for our dog. Wish we could win the lottery so we can get there sooner. If that pool didn't draw my kids there nothing will.. lol! Thanks again for a great video!

Love the changes you made to the house! 👏👏👍 The changes they made to Mira Mesa are nice. Played it with my Sunday group the last time we were there. Haven’t firmed up our return trip yet, but still thinking the end of May and first week of June. Oakwood here we come. ☺️ Great video you two! 👏👏👍❤️

Jana-question do the older homes built in 2000-like Santiago which sold for $444,000 have any hurricane ties in the rafters? Thank you and cameraman for all you do

I’m 99 .9% sure that they do have hurricane ties. But I am going to double check. I will get an answer for you today. Thank you for the question, it’s a good one.

I spoke to an inspector and he said that there was legislation in place in the 1990s so all homes after that should have hurricane ties. If you buy an older home always ask the inspector to check. A good inspector will always check but it won’t do any harm to ask and remind him 😌

Very nice house of the week. Food at the Thai restaurant looked delicious. I like Thai food, but it tends to be a bit spicy for my tastes. I’m making orange chicken today. I’ve started making more oriental food at home. It tastes great and is so simple. The most difficult part is in the prep. Thanks once again, Jana.

The good thing at Thai Ruby is you can choose the spiciness. Mild, Medium and Hot. Good for you trying different recipes. Well done
