I think the pool builder was T & D Pools. They are the most used company and do a good job. As for the size , it’s not my listing so I don’t know. If I find the measurements I will let you know

One thing about the Villages, there is always something new! 👏👏 OMG!! House of the Week could be “House of the Year”! Agree with you on Orange Blossom…never got a bad meal there! The view from the hill is special! Loved playing the executive course - Hilltop! Great video, as always! Cameraman’s hard work shows! 👏👏👍💪

I think sometimes it is underestimated because it’s in the old section. I like it. It’s decent food and a comfortable place to be.

WednesYAY! Discover the Villages is truly the Fodor's for anyone who wants to live or see how others live in and around the VIllages! Eating vicariously through your restaurant reviews is what I do best! What a plentiful portion for an appetizer your delectable quesadilla was at Orange Blossom! I think that an all soup restaurant, no matter what time of year, would be a best seller! Could I adore the window seat anymore in the Sunset Point spotless stunner! Jana, you will always be the correct answer to, "Who Wore It Best," as your wardrobe decor sells me every week! Thank you, Jana and Cameraman, for making Wednesday the best day! I have lived in Florida for forty years. A few weeks of cold weather splattered throughout the winter was always normal High temperatures throughout the entire winter is abnormal. Can't say which I prefer. Cold fends off disastrous hurricanes but warm provides a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy.

There is a chance we will not have a wicked hot summer again. In the past, summers have been much more pleasant. So, you may have that to look forward to. But, as we have learned, no one can predict Mother Nature. A fiesty woman who does her own thing!

WednesYAY!! Wow! Did that Saganaki table top presentation really warm things up for me here in chilly Philly! Word of mouth is my favorite way to go and Discover the Villages excels in the most helpful and gentle way possible! Loving the privacy elements in the Santa Rosa property! All the outdoor living options, but still so landscaped for privateness! May I add also that the music selections in each episode are so thoughtfully curated! So many genres, even the subtle tones, are so worth the Wednesday wait! Thank you for making my favorite day my favorite day!

I don’t know who the contractor was, as far as the measurements go I guess the owners wanted a smaller pool. Most people here just like sitting, maybe have a drink or two in the pool. This is a perfect size for that.

It's always nice to have an actual restaurant in a hotel. Now guests staying @ The Waterfront Inn will have a convenient place for hotel guests to go not only to eat/drink but also plan their day's itinerary. Something like looking at houses to buy in The Villages. ;-) It used to be pretty common back in the "old days" for hotels (and even motels) to have their own in-house restaurant but not anymore. -- BR

I agree with you. I have noticed that some of the upmarket hotels all seem to have nice restaurants. When I was younger and went on family vacations. I always thought that the restaurant/dining room, was the nicest part of the hotel. Happy days.

Remembering my childhood when a favorite TV show would come on once a week and how happy I would get knowing the day finally arrived! Discover the Villages is just like that---Wednesday is here and my favorite show is on again! Each episode is anticipated week after week! My happy week starts when Wednesday rolls around again! Thanks Jana and Cameraman, for making me feel like a kid again! Love from Philadelphia! P.S. The Bridgeport stunner sold me right off the bat with the circular driveway!

I can't believe house of the week is only 2500 sq feet. It looks like it's 4000. Probably because the outside space is so much an extension of the home, plus the very high ceilings. I'd need a forklift to get to those upper cabinets!! 😂 I love the cornices in that bedroom that was made into a den...😅 they look exactly like the ones I have in my villa. They must have used the same decorator. I loved the range hood and the little wine bar in the kitchen.

The prices range from $200,000 to almost $3,000,000. The great thing is, no matter what you pay for a home, everyone shares the same amenities. It’s wonderful.

Great idea adding the contractor info. That was always something we loved about living there. A neighbor told us we should never use anyone “cold turkey” without getting a recommendation from a neighbor. Our eyes are still watering from seeing the House of the Week! I don't know where to begin picking my favorite part of this week's episode! From the rock in the New Year music, to the "knock knock" fridge, from those gigantic fish fingers, to the pretty Caroline property with the sweet touches of yellow in every single room, from your fashion fabulousness, Jana, to the Woodstar splendor, to the funniest offer ever to make a Walmart run for fries, to name a few! Jana, great show! The Woodstar model looks like my Sycamore. Very pretty home, but the 2 guest bedrooms are small, I know, my model has the same. Could you please share the bill after your order, prices are getting expensive to eat out, would like to know if we would visit these restaurants. Keep up the great videos, I watch every week.

Oh my, great video! You sure beat all the other channels by all the variety you include. To even venture out on New Year’s Eve had to have been a challenge. But to video two town squares, awesome. They sure remodeled Tiera Del Sol from the screened area. Nice! I think I used to get their French dip. Yum! Love the Gardenia floor plan. One of my top favorites. The refrigerator with the knock knock door is the exact one I have in Virginia. It makes round ice balls in the lower freezer in addition to regular ice up top. The Woodside model with that pantry! Love it! These newer floor plans have more walk in pantries. I think they're finally giving the people what they want. Thanks for the lunch review of Tierra Del Sol. We've eaten there for dinner many times but not lunch. I think I want to try those fish fingers as my lunch meal, without the cole slaw. I love a good slaw but not when it's too sweet. ❤
