Coucou, j' ai encore passé un tres agréable moment grâce à toi et j' ai fait de la panna cotta dès la fin de l' épisode. Pour moi ce sera avec des framboises du jardin que j' avais congelées. Un petit truc pour faire de l' extrait de vanille naturel : je mets 3 gousses de vanille ouvertes bio dans une petite bouteille de rhum. Je les laisse macérer un mois. Plus c'est encore mieux. Et c'est tout. Un merveilleux extrait de vanille sans additifs. Essayez vous serez surpris du résultat. Bon dimanche à tous. 🌷

Bonjour !!! Oui, c'est sûr que c'est bien meilleur avec des lamelles . Je les adore, surtout s'ils sont bio. J'ai utilisé des kiwis parce que je n'avais rien d'autre de disponible et que j'avais envie de panna cotta 😁. L'idée de faire de l'extrait de vanille à la maison me semble géniale. Merci pour l'astuce, et vraiment utile car j'aimerais bien en faire aussi. Faut-il mettre 3 gousses dans un tonneau entier ? Merci encore et bon dimanche ! ❤️🌸🤗

Bonjour Cory, je fends les 3 gousses de vanille en deux et on peut même les couper. J' utilise une bouteille de rhum de 20 cl , pas un rhum cher :) je prends celui du supermarché à 6 euros . Je pense que vu le prix de la vanille en ce moment on peut même essayer avec 2 gousses seulement.😅 Si vous avez un autre alcool fort ou de l' aguardente n' achetez pas du rhum exprès, ça marche aussi. Quand il est prêt je colle sur la bouteille de rhum une jolie étiquette maison "Extrait de vanille" Ma fille quand elle m'a vue faire l'extrait de vanille : 😡 "Mais maman ça sent trop l' alcool, moi je n' en mettrai pas quand je ferai mes gâteaux" . Un mois plus tard elle avait changé d'avis. J' ai eu la grandeur d'âme de ne pas lui dire :"Je te l'avais dit" 🤭😂 😘

J'ai aussi de l'eau de vie de prune bio faite par mon père, mais elle est super forte hahahah. J'ai intérêt à ne pas le faire 😬 En tout cas tu as été trop gentille avec ta fille 😂😂😂😂 Au moins une petite blague 😂. Un gros câlin ! ❤🌸

Liking all the things that you are not going to buy anymore. Growing up we used to use old rags to dust with. I find window cleaner streaks your windows anyways. Learning from you. Yes be careful on the steps. Love them though. The other day I got two bunches of flowers for a dollar. But now my daffodils are coming up. Those tiny yellow flowers that you picked are forsythias. They are starting to come out here too in Pennsylvania.

@@cozyhomediary i keep checking and waiting for the big box stores to get their spring flowers in. Wish we had more independent greenhouses here. Waiting for my pink container azalea that I pre-ordered to come. It is a re-blooming bush. Couldn't resist the color. You can root those forsythias to grow anywhere but they will multiply through the roots.

Linseed oil works well for keeping wood furniture and also cutting boards in good shape (it’s tasty, too, but doesn’t last long and gets rancid fast - then it’s still good for cleaning/wood care).

Good girl I never buy cleaning cloths I even use the socks that have holes for cleaning my stairs after washing them separate them from the good ones and use them for stairs and throw them away sometimes little things like you said one can save a lot

Io preparo il detersivo per la lavatrice in casa, ti lascio la ricetta che uso con il Bimby ma lo puoi fare sui fornelli tranquillamente. 80 g.di sapone marsiglia o fatto in casa, 2 cucchiai di bicarbonato e 1,5 l.di acqua più olio essenziale se lo gradisci e a piacere. Il sapone deve essere tritato o ridotto a scaglie e poi messo a cuocere per 15 minuti a 80 gradi. Lasci raffreddare ed imbottigli in un flacone del detersivo. Se usi il marsiglia viene più denso quindi lo dovrai scuotere prima dell’uso (per questo motivo uso un flacone a collo largo), se usi quello fatto in casa risulterà molto più liquido. Risparmi peso da portare a casa e un sacco di soldi, oltretutto smacchia benissimo. Alternativa: un panetto di sapone Alga (che però è rincarato molto) sciolto in un litro di acqua, lo metti in una caraffa la sera e il mattino dopo è pronto; il detersivo sarà molto liquido ma è una bomba!

Stavo pensando da molto a provare fare dei prodotti in casa e stavo pensando addiritura di preparare anche il sapone. Sicuramente lo farò, ma prima devo comprare il termometrino 😬 (anche perché mi piacerebbe fare pure le candele heheh). @@cozyhomediary per quanto riguarda il sapone non lo faccio da tanto perché nel corso dell’ultimo viaggio in Provenza ho fatto delle scorte per il prossimo decennio 😆, tuttavia rammento di non aver mai usato il termometro, semplicemente usavo il metodo di toccare l’esterno della pentola, quando ci tenevo le mani al caldo senza scottarmi significava che la temperatura era corretta (metodo empirico insomma), mentre le candele le ho abbandonate perché non sono mai riuscita a far bruciare bene lo stoppino, nemmeno quelli acquistati, pertanto ho perso la pazienza! Quando i mobilieri mi montarono gli arredi mi dissero di usare solo un panno morbido inumidito e strizzato, mentre ora che ho tutta la casa arredata in bianco (tipo la tua: abbiamo anche lo stesso lavandino di Leroy Merlin, giuro!) se proprio c’è qualche macchia do una passata con il multiuso della Winni’s, delicato ma efficace su qualsiasi superficie, non ho mai usato altro.

Non conoscevo il metodo di provare il calore come dici tu, sono davvero felice che hai condiviso con me i tuoi "segreti". Io avevo visto il termometrino nei video in cui le ragazze fanno le candelle e per quello che mi è venuto in mente. Con le candele, non lo so... vorrei provare perché mi piacerebbe fare un po' di DIY, poi vedrò quanto sarò capace 😂😂😂. Aaaa, non ci posso credere. Quale lavandino dici? Well... yeah in Italy, people generally buy it. They don't trust filters too much and the tap water is not quite ok because it's full of lime. But I am lucky because we have a distributer close by, with both still and sparkling water, and the water is good ☺️
