You can freeze flour if you don’t use it fast enough. Just put whatever’s open in a ziplock bag and in the freezer. it’s especially good in the summertime when it’s super hot out

Don't stress about your groceries and what you feed your kiddos. Your kids are obviously healthy and happy and have a good variety of food. :) This time of year, it's practically impossible to stick to a grocery budget - so don't go worrying about that either! I always say life doesn't get back to "normal" until the end of January. ;)

Is your bacon in Australia sold cooked? In the UK, bacon is sold raw.

Soft drink should not be a daily thing, especially not for kids. You’re setting them up for tooth decay and type 2 diabetes later in life.

🤦‍♀️ if your a regular watcher you know that they get a glass at dinner time with their meal and most of the time it’s sugar free. They drink water from drink bottles the rest of the day and aren’t allowed Coke that’s my husbands. But thanks for the advice.

I’ve been watching for a couple of weeks and have just seen all of the normal sugary soft drink that you’ve said they have at lunch and dinner. From one mum who was devastated this weekend that her son has a cavity and needs a filling to another Mum.

I usually get the sugar free . I may have got some different flavours of recent . One cup at their meal is fine. They brush their teeth and drink water 90% of the time outside of those times . At 8 and 14 years old neither of them have had holes in their teeth yet. Lunch time is only on a weekend not at school . School they are only allowed water.

And I can’t honestly win when it comes to groceries . Someone always wants to complain about something! The first 10 years of me putting grocery hauls up on here people complained that I brought sugar free cordial and softdrink saying it was worse for them ! It’s seems the only thing that would make everyone happy is if I said they drink water and only eat broccoli lol lol lol . Can’t win !
