India is famous for its food, in every region (and maybe EVEN in every town) it is unique: lavash bread, some kind of soup, yoghurt-curd, mashed beans - all sorts of things. And the Indian climate - so hot, exactly like the Indian dishes - you start sweating even before getting into it! It seems that this is our fate for the near future - to be victims of the heat of the Indian culinary machine. Some say that digestive problems in India are associated with the severity, some with bacteria living in the water, which you need to get used to, and some with unsanitary conditions. We can say that everything is present, but not on a truly catastrophic scale, although this does not make it any easier - my tummy hurts, eh. But don’t worry, this will be with us (and you) throughout the Indian journey, so let’s get used to the new sensations in the pelvic areas! And as we are used to, we begin to turn it left and right! In general, the topic of today’s video is tasting all sorts of different things from a local resident, but not only that! We will also try to introduce you to some cultural features that you will definitely encounter when you get to India!
Firstly: spicy food, secondly: the guest is God, thirdly: Hinduism in all its branches. We will introduce the course gradually and today we will only briefly touch on these topics with a dry commentary, and the rest will follow, don’t miss it!

Spicy - это слово, котоое обозначает не только остроту, но и вообще все специи. Поэтому "no spicy" приминительно к индийчкой еде звучит как аксюморон. Если вы хотите получить менее острую пищу лучше просить "less chili please". C этой фразой шансов на успех больше.

Действительно, мы даже не задумывались над этим, они же кладут Чили перец повсюду, а значит, чтобы еда была не острая, нужно просить его не добавлять. Получить индийскую еду без специй, и правда, звучит парадоксально. Спасибо, теперь может будет легче выживать в индийских странах😋
