I visited the First Responders Rec Center in July during my most recent trip to The Villages...very impressive what was donated by first responders. Love a good omelet & patty melt!

I really like your videos but it seems lately the background music is really loud and if im watching it in bed while my wife is sleeping and the volume is up to hear what you say then bam the loud music hits then i have to shut it off. Why so loud and cant it be some nice mellow music ? Im a fan but just saying.....

Beautiful house of the week. For over half a million dollars I expect a washer and dryer. Owner should provide same.

@@cynthiaamitrano8915 I agree with you. Some people take the washer and dryer and some don’t. If you buy a new house they don’t come with them either.

Where is the pool ? The house seems over priced from other over 55 developments .

@@davidjohn4326 with a pool it would be in the high 700s or low 800s. You can’t compare the Village to other 55+ communities

We have a Home Sense up here, in Westlake, OH. It's meh. I prefer HomeGoods. I believe they are the same company. I've heard people in other countries refer to them being the same as each other. I saw that Winthrop Terrace is pending. I hope you update us on that one on a future "What Do I Get For My Money." I miss the days of $200k PVs. Thanks for visiting First Responders - I've often wondered how it turned out. Love the curvy freeform pool. We have friends in Chatham and almost purchased a house there in October 2020. A Lantana with a pool for $390-something, can you believe it? The address was 17404 SE 72nd Deer Run Ave. The very first house we looked at in The Villages was 17600 SE 88th Covington Circle. It was a Riverdale, which I think of as a Premier Lantana. They don't come up very often, I really love them! Thanks for another fun video!

HOTW is very niceI I think I prefer a Gardenia over a Begonia, as the Gardenia's GC garage doesn't take away the kitchen window.
