Can I also use the blender for the chili sambal instead of the miller? Thank you

Hi Nancy, you can but you need to add more water to the blender otherwise the blender will not move. So when you fry the rempah, you have to fry a little longer until it's not so watery. Hope that helps. Don't forget to post a picture to share and comment in our FB page. Happy cooking!!!

After boiling the shrimp heads I would blend them to extract more flavor. Then, squeeze them well. Thanks for sharing your recipe, though. You wanted more cockles, that's too cute. You can have mine.😁
