After listening the story, I don't See Nagender having mental problem because he knew what he was doing and what he had done. He knew how to get rid of a dead body and how to hide the identifications. He know how to plan and escape. So, there's nothing wrong that shows he had some kind if personality problem. He is just faking it. He is using his sister as a shield. A person who kills, knows how to plan his escape and knows to hide the identity of the dead person is not mentally ill, He had a mind of intelligent person and don't have personality disorder.
